Charleroi Métropole | DUO for a JOB, intercultural and generational mentoring towards employment | 11/2023

A little over a year ago, the ASBL DUO for a JOB opened a branch in Charleroi Métropole. The aim? Form duos composed of a mentee (a young person with an immigration background) and a mentor (a person over 50 years old with professional experience) in order to work together and develop the young person's professional career.
