    Whether you are an individual or a company, you can help DUO for a JOB and contribute to achieving our objectives, in aid of ever more intergenerational links, social cohesion and equal opportunities.

    I sponsor a duo

    By choosing to support a duo financially, you are offering a young person the chance of a brighter  future and a mentor the chance to reinvent theirs, and you give two citizens the opportunity to meet each other. Your gift will  allow the association to:

    • Train the mentor in how to accompany a mentee (four days),
    • Ensure the duo is supported by one of our coordinators;
    • Cover the costs of to the tools created to facilitate and maximise the young person’s chance of finding work.

    I organise an event

    Would you like to bring together your friends, relatives or colleagues around a common societal project? Do you want to mobilize those around you around a cause that has a local, tangible, effective and sustainable social impact?

    There are many ways to involve DUO for a JOB in one of your events, choose your way to grow our project and our community!

    I become a volunteer

    Apart from mentors and mentees, DUO for a JOB is also a whole community of volunteers who support the team in the accomplishment of its mission and the development of its services.

    They provide us with valuable support in the administrative, accounting, legal or IT fields, in translations and proofreading, or in terms of strategy and fundraising. To date, nearly 200 volunteers have helped or continue to help DUO to function and develop, either occasionally or regularly.
