The covid-19 crisis has had a strong impact on the youth labour market. The objective of this research was to 1) provide a brief analysis of the youth labour market in big cities in the post-covid period, (2) identify the main challenges that young people face when entering the labour market, and (3) present ten active initiatives in big cities that contribute to youth employment. DUO for a JOB is one of the ten selected initiatives.
