Description:

DUO for a JOB connects young job seekers with a migration background (the mentees) with experienced individuals aged 50 and above (the mentors). Through one-on-one mentoring, these experienced individuals guide young people in their socio-professional journey, helping them develop skills, build networks, and access employment opportunities. The project aims to support 2,500 young people across multiple European countries by scaling up mentoring programs and launching new branches in France, the Netherlands, and Spain.

Ondernemers staan voor veel uitdagingen, zoals het ondersteunen van medewerkers met gezondheidsproblemen, het omgaan met diverse teams, en het implementeren van inclusief beleid… Voor deze complexe uitdagingen is een multidisciplinaire aanpak nodig. Samen met drie werkgeversorganisaties (UNIZO, VOKA, VERSO) en partners zoals Acerta, IDEWE, DUO for a JOB, Emino en The Shift biedt All Inclusive maatwerkoplossingen voor inclusie op de werkvloer. All Inclusive richt zich op kwetsbare werkzoekenden en werknemers, met als doel inclusie en diversiteit om te zetten in kracht en kansen voor bedrijven. Door duurzame veranderingstrajecten zorgen we voor cultuurverandering en inclusief ondernemen op de werkvloer.
