The Degroof Petercam Foundation commissioned the Esade Entrepreneurship Institute (Barcelona) to carry out a study on the employment situation in Europe, in Belgium, France and Luxembourg, in order to identify more precisely the most vulnerable groups and to draw up an overview of existing solutions covered by public and private initiatives.
