The conference organized by UNHCR brought together more than 400 participants from academia, civil society, politics and government to discuss mentoring. DUO for a JOB was invited to present its model during the workshop on employment. There was a strong commitment and recognition from all parties that mentoring is a powerful tool to support refugees and newcomers in their professional and social integration as well as to establish contacts with the local population.
